Weary hot and humid

Waiting for the sky to let go the promised rains

As confusion begins to spread across the state

Sleepless sweaty nights the people try to go about

Their daily routines. Many are suffering dehydration

Whilst others just lack sleep

When did this country, the lucky country turn itself on it’s axis

So up is down. Down is up

The free are chained and the chained set free

I stand back and watch, observe and cry as they in their confusion

Continue to take the blue pill

Don’t look up nor change the code

It’s only a weather glitch

As the new override proceeds to infiltrate

Whilst releasing new crystals to cool the Earth

But tik tok another hot spot was seen above the stratosphere

Buckle up folks. Take that boost and many pills whilst our food shrivels

under the hot Australian sun.
